Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These terms set expectations for using our official pages, submitting casting information, and participating in International Kids Runway registration workflows.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

01

Acceptance of terms

By using the International Kids Runway website, submitting a casting inquiry, or registering interest in an event, you agree to these terms. If you submit information for a child, you confirm that you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult acting with permission.

Additional event agreements, waivers, payment terms, media releases, schedule notices, or venue rules may apply. If those documents conflict with these terms, the more specific event document controls for that event.

02

Casting and registration

Submitting a form, photo, video, or audition request does not guarantee acceptance, runway placement, designer selection, media coverage, or a specific event role. Casting decisions may consider availability, age range, sizing, preparation, production needs, designer requirements, and safety.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update us if important registration details change. We may decline, pause, or cancel a registration if information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or inconsistent with event requirements.

03

Payments and schedules

Some events or services may require fees, deposits, or separate purchase terms. Payment obligations, deadlines, transfer options, and refund rules will be provided in the relevant registration or invoice materials.

Event schedules, venues, designers, coaches, photographers, and programming may change due to production needs, weather, travel, venue requirements, participation levels, or circumstances outside our control.

04

Participant conduct

Participants, families, guests, and partners are expected to act respectfully toward staff, designers, other families, venue teams, and production partners. Harassment, unsafe behavior, disruption, or misuse of event access may result in removal without further participation.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise. We may require guardian presence, check-in procedures, or additional approvals for certain activities.

05

Site content and intellectual property

The site, event names, copy, design, images, graphics, videos, and related materials are owned by International Kids Runway or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, scrape, sell, or republish site content without written approval.

If you submit photos, videos, text, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for casting review, communication, and event coordination. You remain responsible for permissions from photographers, agencies, guardians, or other rights holders.

06

Third-party links and tools

Our pages may link to third-party platforms, payment providers, forms, social networks, ticketing tools, or partner sites. Those services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, or content, but we choose operational partners with the goal of supporting a professional event experience.

07

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided for general information, casting communication, and event coordination. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, International Kids Runway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, registration submissions, schedule changes, or third-party services.

08
